This hotel is fantastic! The rooms were spotless, customer service was super friendly and they had hot, fresh coffee around the clock. I will definitely stay here anytime I travel to Hot Springs! I had zero complaints!
I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, yet the front desk staff, especially a manager whose name I don't recall, never offered a smile and the hot water in the bathroom was lukewarm.
