The location was great and the food was amazing, I still talk about the vegetable lasagna 😋😋😋, and there was nothing negative.
Cozy, private and surrounded by nature, we stayed in total relaxation; we arrived earlier than check‑in time, the staff worked hard to reset the room while we enjoyed the stunning pool, and we ate lunch and dinner on the lovely terrace with a beautiful view – we will definitely come back.
The outdoors were spectacular, the view over the greenery gave a real sense of freedom and the pool offered a pleasant wellness break that we really liked at the end of the day. The room was a double configured for four people, with two extra cots that made it impossible for four to move around; despite the note that there were no air‑conditioners in the heat, the fan wasn’t enough and we couldn’t open the windows because the screens were broken, letting in mosquitoes and other bugs – and being surrounded by so much greenery meant a lot of insects. The beds were very uncomfortable, especially the two cots for the kids, which made sleeping impossible. The shower was a tiny plastic capsule that felt like a chemical‑bath stall, cramped, ugly and awkward to use. The external areas looked neglected and dirty, which was a shame because they’re beautiful; the ping‑pong table was covered in dust and some pool loungers were torn. A bit more care would turn this place into a delight. The menu was extremely pricey and I would suggest offering a better rate for guests compared to those who dine from outside. The fridge didn’t work and when we arrived there wasn’t even a half‑liter bottle of water waiting for us.

The rooms were spacious with a beautiful pool in the tranquil Umbrian hills, dinner was delicious with local products and a great selection of dishes made from their own produce – an authentic, relaxing experience that I absolutely recommend.
