The location amid the mountains is amazing, the staff are always smiling and friendly. Every day in the cottage is a pleasant surprise. During the day you can ask if you need anything. Everything is clean. Plenty of activities without leaving the property. In the ultra all‑inclusive version there are extra bonuses. The food is varied. Just arrive. Everything is great.

Everything was great, the kids had an amazing time and were entertained all the way; it was a very good choice. Plus we could access all the parks and the all‑inclusive was fantastic.

The only real highlight of our stay was the friendliness and professionalism of Jordi Peralta Verdejo, a staff member at Magic Pirates Island; his service was excellent and the only thing that made our experience somewhat positive. Unfortunately, the rest of the service and facilities fell short of what the resort advertises as “ultra all-inclusive.” The food was of very low quality, with little variety and repetitive options. The pool water looked dirty and didn’t give the clean feeling expected at a place of this level. Moreover, any activity or service that required a reservation was always full, making it practically impossible to enjoy many of the included options. Another major negative was that the second room had no air conditioning; to get air from the main room it was necessary to leave the door open, which was a significant lack of comfort and privacy. Overall, the hotel did not seem at all like a 4‑star establishment. The value for money was very poor and the experience was far below our expectations. We would not repeat it or recommend it.

I liked that it’s an entertaining and fun place for kids. We had an issue when two cockroaches appeared in the cabin. We spoke with the staff and they offered us a cabin change. In the afternoon we talked to the front desk manager, who said it was normal, but we told her it wasn’t. In short, a very unfriendly person when there should have been a more delicate handling of the matter. Because it was always detrimental to the place, we said we would report it and didn’t because the other reception staff treated us with a lot of affection.

The food was excellent 10 out of 10. Everything else I liked a lot.
