“Great location, lovely hotel, pillows not great.”
The location was good, and the staff at arrival and in the room were friendly. However, the pillows were almost non‑existent, very flat, and caused an uncomfortable night; using towels made them slightly firmer. The bathroom had loose fittings. The front‑desk staff were great at arrival, but the man behind the desk never even looked up when I checked out. Usually that's fine, but with a five‑year‑old excited about a holiday handing back the key and saying thank you, a little acknowledgment would have been nice.
