The location is solid, but the service and the room were a letdown. The bed is a single, not a double, and the room barely fits one person. The bathroom lacks a shower curtain and a hair dryer. It was a big disappointment, especially if you don’t have another place to go.

AC and Wi‑Fi were fine, but everything else was a nightmare. I arrived to find my room already taken, so they handed me a motel‑style room with a cigarette smell, a door that wouldn’t close, no light, and nothing like the photos. After I complained, they moved me to a cleaner, nicer room, but the noise never stopped—people talking, the doorbell ringing all night, and a hard mattress that left my back sore. The place feels very disorganized, from the rooms to the staff.

The location was decent, but the room was a disaster. The shower didn’t work and the water was cold, so I couldn’t shower. I called reception in the morning, but no one answered. I found bedbugs on my stuff, and the place was chilly at 8 °C. There was a water leak on the bathroom floor with a sewage smell—couldn’t tell if it was from the toilet or sink. The room was dirty, and the sheets were old and worn.
