The location is good, but the hotel is old and needs urgent renovation.

Roaches were crawling around the microwaves in the Lower Level Lobby where the laundry facilities are, and there was no coffee available. A machine existed, but the staff refused to make coffee and said I would have to pay for it at the hotel restaurant. Hookers and their pimps were everywhere around the hotel.
