The bed was a bit big, which was good. I didn't know the cemetery was right next door. The breakfast selection was far too limited. When I turned on the hot water all at once, the drain couldn't keep up and the water overflowed.

A pretty family room but very small, good location next to the station. The breakfast wasn’t good.

The location is GREAT. Compared to other hotels in Japan for lower value it was a bit below par, but within the Kawaguchi Area it’s amazing.

The staff were courteous. Conveniently close to the station. The person who helped at reception was a foreigner; the service was polite but the voice was too soft to understand, a slightly louder tone would be appreciated.
