“Spitzen Hotel”
A superb family-friendly hotel with great location and facilities. Nothing to complain about.
“Super Hotel mit tollem Blick übers Tal”
The reception was very welcoming and gave a quick tour of the key spots. The room was spacious with a walk-in shower. The food was great, especially the starters buffet. The balcony overlooked Merano. A parking spot was provided for the car. Dogs were welcome, with treats in the underground garage and walking tips. The only thing that stood out was that regular guests seemed to get priority seating in the restaurant; as a new guest, I was never offered a window seat, even when I asked.

The location is dreamy, the cuisine excellent, the breakfast buffet abundant, and the staff fantastic. From the gardener to the senior chef, everyone is super attentive and friendly, making you feel right at home. The view from the room, the lounge terrace, the wellness area on the top floor, or any of the many loungers in the paradise garden is breathtaking. The only downside was that the reading lamp could have been better.
