The geyser was inadequate and there was no drinking water available when I arrived. The bathing water was not warm at all, and the flow was very slow. I didn't like the water unavailability, and on arrival I had to wait at the reception for about half an hour.

The room was clean and had basic facilities. There was a slight smell coming from outside the window.

Decent and acceptable, but very spartan; the town is a mess, making it hard to find the building entrance. The staff were practically nonexistent and the bed was extremely hard.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were helpful and cooperative. Located in the heart of Ratnagiri, it’s great for shopping, food, and other activities, and I’d love to book again next time.
