The room was nice, but there were things that could be improved. The welcome was somewhat lacking; they asked for documents to do a remote check‑in, and after I sent them at 16:00, the message was seen, yet by 18:00 we still had no instructions on how to access the property. I called because we were 40 minutes away, but the information was vague, as if they didn't even know how it worked. When we arrived in the room we needed Wi‑Fi, which was present but the password was nowhere. I asked again and was told “maybe they could send it to me soon,” but the message never arrived and my messages were no longer read. In short, the room was nice (though you could hear everything happening in other rooms) but the organization needs a lot of work.

The location was good for someone like me who had to go to S. Agostino. The breakfast was missing; even just coffee in the shared lounge would have been great.

The place is new, outside the city, but perfect for someone in transit. The lack of dishes, cutlery, or plates is a problem. Everything else is fine.
