Hotel Sunlight

“Спасибо за отдых, несмотря на некоторые недочеты, в общем остались положительные эмоции, будем рекомендовать знакомым и”

The location was good, it was quiet, the view from the window was nice, the furniture in the rooms was fresh, the décor was bright, the mattresses were comfortable, the hotel grounds were clean, and there was a shared kitchen on each floor. However, there were some shortcomings: the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the shower head was broken, the power outlets installed on the beds didn’t work, and there were problems with the Wi‑Fi.

The hotel’s location was as advertised, right on the first shore, but for me it wasn’t the best option. The air conditioner was directly above the bed and was never turned on. The open balcony constantly let in the noisy sea (the sea is always rough), which is just my personal preference—some might like it. I prefer sleeping in silence, but I also had to endure shouting, singing, and the clatter of passing traffic. The bathroom was combined with the shower, with no threshold or curtain to separate them. The shower hose was broken, the toilet was leaking, and the light on the balcony didn’t work. The owners offered a small discount for these issues. The staff were not friendly; they only changed the sheets and towels when asked, and we had to clean the room ourselves without even being offered help.

The sea view was okay. In the bathroom it smelled terrible, the staff didn’t speak English, a hair dryer was missing from the room despite being promised, and the rooms were not cleaned.

“ВСЕ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ , ВИД С БАЛКОНА, ТО, РАДИ ЧЕГО СТОИЛО ПРИЕХАТЬ !!!”

The hosts were incredibly kind and the pool was a hit with the kids.

“Мы приехали из Беларуси 3 семьи, остались довольны и приедем вновь”

The apartment lived up to my expectations and even looked better than the photos; it was spacious enough for two adults and two kids. The view of the pool was a downside, but having a kitchen in the room was a big plus since the sea was just around the corner. Everything in the room was thoughtfully arranged: the air‑conditioner, a TV that wasn’t set up (but I didn’t feel the need to watch it), a fridge, dishes, spoons, forks, clean towels, and a perfect bed. Minor details were present, but they didn’t bother us. It would be great if they added toilet paper, but we bought our own without any trouble. Some might see it as a drawback that the apartment wasn’t cleaned during our 11‑day stay, but for me that was actually a bonus—I don’t like strangers entering my space where my stuff is, so it felt calmer. The room came with a broom and dustpan, so we tidied up as needed.
