The location is great and the staff are quick to help, but the breakfast area feels cramped and uncomfortable.

The staff are attentive. The power outlets don’t work, and the Wi‑Fi in the annex has poor connection.

I kept switching rooms about four times—32 to 35, back to 32, then to 35 again—because the AC in 32 wasn’t working, so they moved me to 35 with a working unit, only to switch me back to 32 later that night, and then to 35 again, which was a real ordeal; on the second day I ended up back in 32. The staff were friendly, especially the night shift worker Ms. Shirley who was present, helpful, and attentive. There was a line for breakfast on the 9th/10th, and they ran out of tapioca.
