The location and breakfast were good, but while I was on a work trip I received the news of my father's death in the early hours, told the hotel and asked them to cancel my reservation since I was heading back to São Paulo and would have stayed two more days otherwise; I also said I’d return later to finish my work and wondered if they could issue a voucher because I had already paid all nights at check‑in. Their reply was that it wasn’t possible because the charge had already been posted to my card and settled yesterday, and none of the staff offered any condolences. It seemed like an isolated incident, and the hotel was full, so it must be popular.

The toilet had no water, the sink was clogged, and the breakfast was missing everything even though the hotel was full; it really needs better support for guests. Everything else was bad.
