“Nice hotel in a quiet part of Milan”
This is a very pleasant little hotel in a quiet part of Milan, well served by bus and underground, and I would definitely return.

The location relative to Milan city centre and the nearby metro, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast, and the option to leave luggage after check‑out until the evening for a late flight were all positives, but the shower was a bit small.

The welcome at the hotel was wonderful, and the friendly staff made our stay fantastic; the hotel itself is very cute, the room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was good and offered great value. The location was very handy for the metro station, though a kettle in the room would have been nice; the breakfast is in the reception area, so the noise from the coffee maker can be heard from your room, but it wasn’t bad.

The staff were the best I've ever met—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice. The rooms were clean, appropriately sized for a small hotel in the city center, and the AC worked flawlessly on those scorching days. The location was perfect, just a 3‑minute walk to the nearest metro and about a minute to a bus and S‑train stop. A large Carrefour nearby had several little cafés around. The staff made the stay unforgettable, and the price was great value; I'll definitely return if I'm back in Milan. The Wi‑Fi was a bit unreliable, especially in the evenings, and I wish the hotel had thicker comforters or duvet covers.
