The night reception was amazing, even the lady spoke English! We paid $40, which was a good price. The whole building needs serious ventilation; everything smells, the elevators stink horribly. In the room there are many peeling wallpaper patches and towels used to seal windows, and the towel rolls are normal because the windows aren’t airtight. It’s time for a renovation, folks, and it needs to be done room by room, slowly, and it will look great. The bathroom surprisingly looks nice. We had breakfast, could drink tea, coffee, and eat a little.
