The area is quiet, parking is convenient and safe, and the room views are gorgeous. The host was lovely and welcoming; the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were unsure about the breakfast setup (you receive a voucher usable at one of three local cafés), but we ended up enjoying it (we chose Bar Quinto). If we visit Serravalle Outlet again, we’ll stay here. The photos don’t do the property justice – it looks even better in reality. The only improvement needed is clearer info that bottled water in the fridge costs extra; that was a surprise. We only discovered it after checking the price for local wine, and of course we paid for both the wine and the water. Just put the price list in the fridge for future guests.
