“Very nice place to stay with the kids”
The rooms are spacious, and the spa and pools cater to both kids and adults. There are indoor and outdoor playgrounds for children, making the hotel family‑friendly. We received a small thank‑you from the staff for our anniversary. The Wi‑Fi is terrible—Instagram and YouTube don’t load. The buffet breakfast and dinner don’t match a five‑star standard; dinner is only served with water from the cooler and no other drinks. Cleaning only changes towels and folds the bed, no daily water bottles. Despite all that, we’ll stay again.
