Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location, the welcome, the staff’s kindness, the beautiful site, the pools, and the all‑inclusive package were all positives, but the rooms weren’t soundproof; some people were very noisy at night, and there was no site surveillance.

The view is incredible and the unlimited alcohol is a plus for party‑goers, but there’s no nearby beach as advertised. The linens were comfortable and the staff were friendly, yet the place was very noisy with heavily intoxicated guests all day and night who were disrespectful. Two fights occurred within 24 hours without supervision. The buffet required no dietary restrictions, but the price doesn’t match a two‑star quality. The fitness room was unsafe and disastrous. I was very disappointed; the price is affordable but the quality and services are limited. The unlimited alcohol led to disrespectful behavior and two altercations, making the atmosphere sometimes unpleasant. The staff were friendly and the animators present, but the self‑service was basic and the afternoon snack was just bread with a slice of ham; better options like fruit could have been offered. The site could be lovely with its stunning view, but the lack of respect from some guests also caused cleanliness issues. I don’t particularly recommend this hotel; there are other pleasant options for a similar budget.

Everything was excellent: the room was very clean and cozy, the location perfect, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. There was nothing to complain about; everything met our highest satisfaction.

The view was nice, but the hygiene was poor, the accommodations uncomfortable and damp, and overall it was dirty.
