スタッフが笑顔で対応されたことはよかったです。. ﾁｪｯｸインとﾁｪｯｸアウト時のスタッフが違った。その事もあり、領収書を申し出ることを忘れた。ﾁｪｯｸインで支払い時にすぐ領収書をもらえばとおもいました。

The room was clean, but it felt a bit cramped.

ロケーションがよくて、動線がスムーズです。. 清掃もうちょっと徹底してほしいです。前回止まった時部屋入ったら大きい紙くず２つデスクの下の辺に残っていました。 今回浴室のシャワーカーテンのところに多分前泊の方が残したクリーニング屋の黒いハンガーがそのまま掛けてあります。

Parking on the premises was convenient, but I was a little annoyed that after checking in, the air‑conditioning wouldn’t activate until I inserted the card; in other hotels I’ve had the AC and fridge running immediately, so this was a minor disappointment.
