The hotel was spotless and in a fantastic location, but the owner seemed to be MIA when it came to sorting out our bill. We were left waiting for ages, and it was a real hassle.

To be honest, I didn't really have any complaints about this place - everything was just perfect. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was great. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay was marred by some seriously unfriendly staff who seemed to take great pleasure in making our lives difficult. To make matters worse, the room we were given bore no resemblance to the one we'd booked, and we were slapped with an extra charge on top of what we'd already paid. It was a truly terrible experience.
