I didn’t like anything. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly; the front desk attendant was cleaning while doing her job, which is pathetic. The bathroom cleaner was also handling breakfast, which is no no. The hotel’s location is bad, services are poor, the beds and pillows were of low quality and kept me awake all night. Breakfast was extremely poor and it was clear they don’t think about clients. There was hair in the bathroom.

“Mostly positive but not the throw away plates and cutlery.”

The rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, but the paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast were hard to use and definitely not eco‑friendly.

The beds were good, yet breakfast was a bare minimum and the room price felt too high.

The room was roomy and clean, but the beds were awful, the noise level was high, and the staff didn’t help at all.

We ran out of toilet paper and were left with a quarter roll, the neighbors above us were loud, and the highway traffic was a nuisance; next time I’ll book a room on the opposite side of the highway.
