The party was amazing and the spot is a chef’s kiss, but the room stayed damp the whole time, which feels odd in a desert; we barely stayed in it, so it didn’t ruin anything.

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

We really enjoyed the food, especially considering how hard it is to find good meals in Egypt; the chef works hard, and the cleaning crew, waiters, and entire staff are friendly, caring, and smiling, making you feel comfortable. The only downside was the receptionist, who was a real pest. A few days before arrival I texted the hotel asking to extend check‑out, but never got a reply. When I arrived, I mentioned it to the only receptionist and she said it was fine. A few days later, when I tried to pay the difference, she told me the room couldn’t be held and that she would offer another one for 1500 Egyptian pounds… fine. On the day of moving, she had already given my room to someone else and made me pay 2000 Egyptian pounds for a crappy room. The receptionist is unprofessional and ruins everything that could have been great in Al Sanafir! Hire someone who actually wants to work.

The staff are friendly, and the receptionist girl is an angel. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of Naama Bay, just steps from the sea. It’s quiet, calm, and safe. The menu isn’t very diverse, but everything is tasty, quick, and high quality. The only drawback was that the internet didn’t reach our room, so we almost always used mobile data.

The hotel is very good and in a convenient spot. Naama Bay is within walking distance, so exploring the area on foot is easy, while the Old Market can be reached by taxi or a guided tour. It’s a great choice for a comfortable stay and for exploring Sharm El Sheikh.
