“The worst hospitality I had at my all life threat my economy and my life you basically buying your own (modern to old) j”
The place turned out to be a nightmare: the owners, especially Nensi, threaten guests—particularly single or Black travelers—with violence if they don’t obey arbitrary rules, and they warn you not to walk with a woman in heels because of the noisy wooden decks; smoking outside is miserable in any weather, the staff seem childish and eager to create problems to extract more money, they demand protection fees from Black guests, the house is only marginally clean, the hot water lasts only 2‑5 minutes thanks to solar heating that freezes in winter, and they constantly monitor you with cameras, even after you leave, while I was actually slapped by two men who seemed to be sent by them because of a dating incident; overall it felt like a modern jail where everything costs more than a decent salary, especially for surfers or solo travelers, and the racism and threats are extreme.
