The hotel's staff provided exceptional service, but the room rate was excessively high compared to similar establishments in the area, making it difficult to justify the cost. The room was comfortable, but lacked basic amenities, which was disappointing given the premium price paid. Overall, the experience was marred by the hotel's failure to deliver value for money.
