The apartment was a small, cozy room with a balcony and no TV, which was fine. However, when I arrived the ceiling lamps and their sockets were lying on the shelf in front of the bathroom mirror, and the sink stopper was broken and also on the shelf. The shower seemed completely dried out, so the whole bathroom and the apartment smelled strongly of drains. That is unacceptable and should not have happened after a final inspection before handover. Finding the apartment after check‑in at the terminal was hard because there were only subtle signs, making it difficult to navigate on a weekend trip.

Clean, comfortable, and the bed was cozy. The bike storage was perfect! But there was no staff, everything was automated, which was not very intuitive for someone like me. The breakfast advertised on the booking platform could be added at the attached restaurant, yet the restaurant was closed in the mornings.

I can’t think of anything positive. Before arrival I tried to book a parking space in the underground garage, but no one responded to my request, and when I sent the room code they said a booking could only be made up to 24 hours in advance—thanks. When I arrived the room was flooded, there was no staff on site, and after an hour I was given a replacement room without a balcony, even though that was what I had booked and paid for. I sent a written complaint and still received no reply after 10 days, and the phone hotline couldn’t help me. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

“Einfach laut.”

The hotel is in a central spot, but the restaurant turned into a nonstop party that made sleeping impossible; they offered a free breakfast afterward, though it was closed on Sunday. The rooms don’t have TVs, which is unusual, and because everything is handled digitally there’s no staff on site.
