I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as it failed to meet my expectations in several key areas. Upon arrival, I was taken to a different location, claiming it was the original due to a supposed 2-bedroom limitation, which was misleading. The room lacked basic amenities such as towels, extra bedding, and soap, and the fridge didn't work, causing my groceries to spoil. Overall, it was a subpar experience that left a sour taste.
