The location is fantastic, but the bathtub in the room doesn’t work.
This hotel is located reallt near Shamien, walk within 5mins. As we arrived Guangzhou early morning before 7am on 11-Mar, the staff (the guy who wears a spectacle) welcomed us warmly, was really well-mannered, tried his best to help us patiently/professionally. The hotel room is new & spacious, the layout is good. Downside is they changed the family room I booked to twin room (despite discount given, handled by another guy who works on day shift) secondly, with a exchange rate which is much more compared with the other hotel. And they did not asked me for the option. Ended up i paid with a high rate when i received my credit card bill

The hotel offered a pleasant stay, but the internet connection was a significant drawback. Despite the staff's friendly demeanor, the slow internet service was a major inconvenience.
