The hotel’s location was great, but everything else needs major improvement; the service was disgraceful, pathetic, and unacceptable.

The elevator was broken, forcing us to climb three floors on foot; the bedside lamp only worked with the ceiling light, curtains were dirty and neglected, the bathtub was filthy, and overall cleanliness was poor with a bad general condition. Repairs are necessary and the place needs to be cleaned up.

Le personnel relativement sympathique vu le Cadre dans lequel on le fait travailler. Hygiène déplorable de la salle de bain avec de la moisissure dans les joints du carrelage et un rideau de douche d'une saleté effroyable avec manifestement également des moisissures
