La ubicación estuvo bien, lo único bueno. Suciedad, escaleras incómodas y estrechas. No hay ascensor, no recomendado para personas de edad ni gente con bebés. Ningún día hubo limpieza ni atención de personal. La ducha tapada, si no se intervenía con suerte salía agua. Que bueno terminó mi estadía para no volver más. Dijeron wifi? Compren esim. La tele estaba ubicada para que la gente de la calle la mirara. No hay aire acondicionado

The location is great, the facilities are solid, and the family room is comfortable, plus it’s easy to get the keys; the only downside is that the sofa bed is unusable.

Location was great, very close to Kensington station and bus stops. We were on the 3rd floor, which made it a real struggle to haul luggage in and out of the room; staying on the ground floor would be better.
