The hotel sits in a lovely spot, the pool was nice, and the food was decent. I appreciated the clean, non‑synthetic sheets. The second day was much quieter, and overall the place has good potential because of its location and pool. Unfortunately, a corporate event on our first evening kept the noise going late into the night; the walls are very thin, so sound carried easily. The room also had an unpleasant odor, the bed squeaked, and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. The common areas and outdoor space could use a bit more care.

The setting at the foot of the mountain was very beautiful, and the room was nice in this pleasant hotel. The breakfast was friendly but limited in choice… especially there was no coffee machine to make real coffee; offering only powdered coffee to be diluted in hot water is not possible. The music by the pool was too loud. Do the Georgians know that for enjoying a pool and resting or talking, loud music is annoying and not at all necessary!

The hotel grounds were very beautiful and cozy, very green, with places to walk, run, or enjoy nature. From the residential complex to the pool and restaurant is just a few steps, which is very convenient. The pool is clean, monitored all day, with comfortable loungers and various relaxation spots. Breakfast is varied; the staff clearly tries to make the food interesting. Overall, the restaurant is very nice, food is prepared quickly and tasty, and the price is very reasonable. Special thanks to the administrator for allowing a few extra hours of departure. The rooms were clean; we stayed two nights and had one cleaning, and even the bathrobes were replaced – that was pleasant. The hotel borders the entrance to the reserve; even if you don't plan to go far to the waterfalls, a walk in the reserve is mandatory – beautiful forest, well-kept paths, and a pristine mountain river 40 minutes from the hotel. The rooms and some hotel areas need cosmetic repair, for example the shower in our room, the bathroom door, the wardrobe that wouldn’t close; the residential complex has a beautiful terrace whose untended state badly spoils the hotel’s impression, although it would be easy to tidy and green it. I was shocked by the cost of the sauna and bath procedures – 300 gel just to turn on the sauna? For comparison, at Lapota Lake hotel a two‑hour bath ritual with steam, tea, and cold plunge cost 230 gel. The sauna and pools look very dirty, with bathrobes and beer bottles lying around, as if the staff were resting there. It would be great if the hotel offered a decent spa service at an affordable price, because after trekking to the waterfalls I really wanted to relax in a spa.

The location is amazing, the staff are great, the food and pool were just great! I would love to come again. It’s right at the entrance to the hiking trail to the waterfall. Lots of shade from the trees, cold air coming down the mountains makes it a great escape from Tbilisi heat. All great!
