The place is next to a security guard. The night staff had a bad attitude and the service was poor.

“Friendly Staff, But Several Issues Made for a Disappointing Stay”
While the staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming, my stay was unfortunately marred by several issues. The loud music at night, which seemed to be coming from a neighboring room, was a major disturbance, and the hotel's walls seemed to amplify the noise. Additionally, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the rooms were very dark, and the windows were internal, which made it difficult to get some natural light.

The location was decent, with motor‑taxis (little tuk‑tuks) that could whisk you to and from the centre for €1.50 each way, and the bed was comfortable. Because we didn’t want to sleep on the street side—where blaring music and honking cars made a terrible racket—we were placed in a tiny single room with no space beside the bed. The exterior door was locked and could only be opened by the lady at reception, which worked fine as long as she was present; otherwise you’d be left waiting outside for five minutes, calling and knocking.
