I liked the location, especially the staff overall and Steven, who helped us in everything and spoke Spanish. Anika updated us because the room was tiny, and Albion and everyone else were helpful. The downside was that only two floors were available because of ongoing construction; they tried to make up for it with a modest breakfast on a small “terrace.” It will reopen as Webster in October.

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel was still under construction and there was no lobby area.

The lounge and reception area were under renovation, so all I got was a room and nothing else. They should have warned visitors about the renovation and offered a significant reduction in room rates; I feel I was had.

The room was fine, but the hotel was under renovation and we weren't told beforehand. When we arrived at the main entrance we were told to walk around a block with our luggage to the back entrance. We appreciated the breakfast, but the setting wasn't what we expected.
