The front desk staff were on point—manager was courteous, took care of my problems right away. Unfortunately the other guests were pretty cold and made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

The spot is handy, right where I needed to be, but the room left a lot to be desired. It wasn’t very clean, the door let in a lot of noise, and I kept hearing doors slam and things drop. The listing promised a private bathroom, yet I shared one with three other people, and the doorbell kept ringing late at night, ruining my sleep.
