We booked a one‑night stay, received confirmation, and drove there, but the connection was spotty. Arriving in Yerevan, we spent a long time trying to locate the hotel and found no parking. In the end, the previous guest hadn’t moved out and we were denied entry. It was very unpleasant; we were exhausted from traveling by car from afar. The reception said they had tried to contact us but couldn’t reach us.

Three days before I was supposed to arrive, the hotel texted that they'd be ready for us. On the road, they then said they were closed for renovation and couldn't accept guests. I had bad internet, couldn't find a new place, and they raised the price a lot. They didn't cancel the booking themselves; I had to deal with support. Unreliable, not recommended.

Everything was great. The staff were the best, treating me like family. I felt at home, surrounded by a family vibe.
