The security was solid and the hospitality warm, but the shower was too loud, had no low‑pressure setting, and lacked a plastic door to stop water from splashing into the toilet bowl.

The room was tidy and turned out to be more comfortable than I expected, and the location made getting around easy; overall it was quiet and pleasant. The staff were friendly, which made my stay enjoyable, and I’d definitely book again next time I’m in Seoul.
