The view was stunning, the breakfast was the best we had on the trip, and the most important thing was the warm hospitality! Filippo, Franceska (and Renato ;) are incredibly kind and know how to make you feel welcome; I highly recommend this place—it was one of the highlights of our 2.5‑week journey. After those breakfasts, the rest of the trip’s breakfasts felt rather lackluster ;)

From the moment we stepped in, we felt instantly at home. The room was immaculate, and the air‑con was a lifesaver against the relentless heat. Breakfast was beyond words—every item homemade and local, with fruits, olives, and olive oil straight from their stunning garden, all presented beautifully. The highlight was Renata, the sausage dog, who entertained us at breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring Lucignano, a relaxed ancient town. Thank you for a wonderful experience. My daughter now keeps asking for a sausage dog and for breakfasts like this every morning!

The place is absolutely beautiful, a dream come true. The welcome was excellent, and Francesca and Filippo were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic, I’d give it a perfect 10!

We had a very comfortable, spacious, air‑conditioned double room with a huge adjoining private bathroom. The shower was excellent. Everything was super clean and well maintained. The breakfasts served in the garden were absolutely delicious, with different homemade delicacies each day, and Francesca and Fillipo were so warm and friendly—it felt like a real home away from home.
