The room was clean, spacious, and the location is excellent—just a 12‑minute walk to the pier and the rest of the pedestrian streets are reachable on foot, and it’s close to restaurants and shops. However, there were many mosquitoes in the room even though there was a screen on the window; this is probably due to the nearby river. I’d recommend installing an electric mosquito repellent.

The staff speak English, the room was clean and well kept with all the usual amenities, and the location is right in the city centre. The room was comfortable and the staff were efficient and friendly, offering good value for the price.
