The location in downtown Morelia was excellent, the colonial-era building was beautiful and well preserved, and the 24‑hour reception always had helpful people. However, room cleaning was minimal—beds were made and toilet paper left, but there was always dust on the floor, and a dead cock remained in the wardrobe floor for the whole stay and nobody ever picked it up.

The interior was beautiful, quaint, and lovely, with a spacious courtyard and terrace; Sandra and Pablo were very accommodating and informative, and there were no issues.

A nice small boutique hotel in colonial style, but the bed was too short for a 1.90‑meter person, leaving my feet hanging out, and the shower only provided lukewarm water.

The old casona in downtown was beautiful, the staff were gracious and helpful, the environment was tranquil, and after staying three times I’ll definitely come back.
