The location is good. The service leaves something to be desired.

The housekeeping is rough; the sheets are just barely tucked in.

It was my dream hotel! I've never seen a place as good before; every detail of the architecture and design was so thoughtful. The concierge service was amazing, and celebrating my birthday there made it a truly special experience.
