The property is in a not‑too‑far‑away area from Matera yet still lets you reach the city comfortably. The staff are very kind, courteous and helpful. The room is spotless, the right size with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom has a large shower and plenty of bathrobes and towels. It features a private garden with garden furniture. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, and at request you can also get eggs and fresh orange juice. Inside the property there is also a high‑quality restaurant at fair prices for what you choose to eat (generous portions!). The common areas are well‑kept and tastefully furnished. Small touches like earplugs, night masks, and single‑use toothbrushes with toothpaste make guests feel pampered. Highly recommended! At check‑out, we discovered the deadline was 8 am, so for those of us who had an early return trip, we had to wait. Still, nothing so severe that it spoiled the stay.
