We stopped in Syros for two nights on our way to Athens and were thrilled to add this stop. I’d definitely come back. The hotel was lovely, with a nice breakfast and a coffee/ice‑cream shop on the main floor that opens onto the street. The spot is perfect, close to the port and packed with restaurants and shops, so we never needed a taxi.

The room was superb and the building itself was charming, right across from the ferry which was a bonus. Niki and everyone at reception were absolutely marvelous, and we enjoyed every minute.

The location was great, but the breakfast offered very little variety and quantity, the coffee was bad, and the bottled juices were underwhelming.

The power points were misplaced, giving the whole room an off feel. The sink was clogged, and the aircon didn’t cool properly, making the triple room feel stuffy and hot even with it on. The connection points were also not next to the beds, adding to the discomfort.
