“Sublime, energising and beautiful.”

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, breakfast is lovely—especially the truffled eggs, which are sublime! The location is perfect and easy to reach Pisa, Florence, and Lucca. Great cocktails in a lovely garden oasis. Parking is easy. The room is lovely, very spacious, immaculately clean, with very comfy beds, a pillow menu, and lovely gifts left each evening during turndown. Only minor issues: the spa was closed for a whole day and opened late a couple of times, which can be frustrating if you plan your day around an early spa visit, but the spa staff are lovely and overall the spa is amazing.

The view, the friendly staff, and the excellent room with a focus on a comfortable bed were all great. There was essentially nothing negative.

Everything! The location is superb, the staff are super friendly and considerate! The Junior Suite was cozy and the terrace a dream… The only thing that could be mentioned is the slightly small shower without a rainfall showerhead.

A villa with a lush green garden tucked behind a downtown park, right by the beach and shopping area, was truly amazing; the service was outstanding, the late lunch from a light menu was delicious, and the evening housekeeping arrived as expected.
