The japanroom is an absolutely relaxing experience, Gianluigi is very welcoming! We’ll come back! Mamca, a few adjustments in the room could improve the stay, small things.

The room was pretty, and the themed concept was nice, but a few tweaks could have made it even better. However, there were several issues that made the price feel off: the shower head was almost completely clogged with limescale; the balcony was filthy with bird droppings; the in‑room breakfast needed a complete overhaul; coffee glasses were reusable glass ones placed on a shelf instead of disposable; the demo video showed items in the mini‑fridge that weren’t actually there (better to omit them from the clip); the stairwell door knob was broken; and a requested aperitif that was arranged via Booking and accepted left no trace of the drink. It’s a shame, because with a bit more attention the rating could have shifted dramatically.

The layout keeps humidity out, and overall the room looks great. The shower, however, isn’t very effective, probably because the shower head needs replacement.
