The staff were attentive and the breakfast was exceptional. Nothing bothered me.

The cafeteria staff were excellent and the dinner food was delicious; the room was a good size and the air conditioning worked well. However, the mattress isn’t suitable for someone with back problems like mine, the shower was poor, the towels were old and dirty, and the toilet seat was almost loose. The room door lock was faulty, and after the cleaning the door was left open; the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and they didn’t replace the toilet paper after the room was cleaned, so I had to ask for it.

The hotel is old and the beds are fine, but the blankets had a very strong smell, as if they hadn’t been washed in ages and weren’t even in sealed packaging to show they were sanitized. The breakfast was disappointing; in Goiânia you’d expect a tasty, well‑organized menu, but that wasn’t the case. The showers sprayed water unevenly and weakly, so they urgently need a clean‑up to make the jets stronger and more uniform. The reception staff were neither attentive nor polite, so overall it needs improvement.
