“Horrible!”
The first night the room had a terrible odor; buying a deodorizer didn’t help. I asked to be moved, but was told to wait until the morning, which we did because it was after 9 pm. With asthma, that was very unsettling, and by the next morning I was having breathing problems. We were shifted to a first‑floor room, but the toilet in the bathroom started leaking all over the floor. My husband went to the front desk, and the staff said they would call someone, but there was no one on site to fix it. The water was coming from under the toilet, not overflowing the bowl. I was so frustrated that we told them we were leaving and wanted a credit since we had already paid. I understand that things happen, but there was no rush to get us into a clean room with functioning facilities. I would not recommend this hotel.
