Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent; however, the staff at the Champions restaurant asked me to pack my food myself, which shocked me so much that I had to insist they pack it for me (except for the kind waitress). That service needs improvement.

The staff were very friendly and the location is great, nothing to complain about.

We loved staying at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel; the skyline view from our room was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding – they were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, so we’d definitely return. The only problem was the lobby tour kiosk kept showing error messages and wouldn’t let us book an all‑day tour, so we had to pay extra for Uber and taxis to find a tour office downtown, which was difficult and time‑consuming in an unfamiliar area.

The stay was good, nothing else cool.

Breakfast was superb, the location is a 15‑minute drive from the center, the air conditioning is excellent, there’s a car wash service, and a luggage rack is provided. The check‑in process was slow even though I had a pre‑booking; the front desk seemed to treat me like a new booking, taking about half an hour to wait in front of the staff or slightly longer, whereas other hotels take no more than 10 minutes.
