“Unsafe, dirty, did not stay here”

The location was convenient to the Harbor center, that is ALL. I did not stay here and am awaiting a refund. The second floor is cordoned off and signs posted on all doors, looks like those rooms may be condemned, there was furniture and small refrigerators strewn about the parking lot and walkways, the bed had dirty sheets and bedding, cracked shower and almost no furniture, not even a chair at the desk. It was a disaster and I did NOT feel safe, plus the young man who checked me in seemed more interested in his phone than being at all helpful.

“Ten out of ten DO NOT RECCOMEND”

The Wi‑Fi never worked, the cell signal was dead like an underground bunker, the shower never got hot, roaches were everywhere, they claimed a microwave was included but none was there, and the TV was broken.

The property was shut down for RENOVATIONS!!! It was a disaster. I had no idea they were closed.

“Got there and were informed that the Inn was closed no explanation nothing”

The property was closed, no email, no text, no explanation whatsoever.

“There was no stay! I PAID for a room with Cockroaches. Rented elsewhere and no refund given for this”

There was nothing to like—cockroaches were in the room, so I didn’t stay and booked elsewhere. The cockroaches made the place a health hazard, I paid for a room I couldn’t use, and the hotel has not refunded me for the services not provided.
