The place is well organized, very clean, and the staff are attentive. It’s close to the city center. The room is small, designed for one person, and the lack of sound insulation makes it hard to sleep early because of noise from other guests.

We made the mistake of turning the room door key to the outside, which left the room open. Even after the hotel staff cleaned and arranged everything, they deliberately left our room open all day, exposing our belongings. Breakfast is shown in the listing photos but is an extra purchase. One day my bed sheet got dirty, and when I returned to sleep it was still under the blanket; they didn’t replace it with a clean one.

The receptionist Lucimara’s service was exceptional, the room is small but very clean and fragrant, the bed is comfortable and breakfast is wonderful! The only downside is the old air conditioner, which is a bit noisy, but we only used it to cool the room on arrival.
