The B&B is super central, located on Via Toledo just a 2‑minute walk from the metro. The hosts offer a partnered parking spot nearby for €25 a day (you must book it in advance); we didn’t book, so there was no space, and we ended up parking in the hospital area, where the lot is cheaper, then took Line 1 to Via Toledo. The hosts were very helpful and answered all our requests. In the common area there’s a coffee machine with pods available to everyone. The apartment sits on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Even though we’re on the main street, street noise wasn’t audible, and the windows have good sound insulation. No problems found.

What a lovely spot! The host was extremely helpful and gave loads of recommendations, and he replied to messages super quickly. The place is in a fantastic location, close to great restaurants, shops, and the metro. The AC and Wi‑Fi were good. It can get a bit noisy at night, though.

The location is perfect and the owner is super friendly and available. Unfortunately, the internet is nonexistent; the Wi‑Fi that is present works terribly inside the room. The shower leaked, the big showerhead didn’t work, and there was a stain on the bed cover.

The location is very good. The windows aren’t very well sound‑proofed, so you can hear street noise.
