The hotel is very well located for exploring Austin, the room was clean, spacious, and pleasant, the breakfast was hearty and excellent, and the pool was beautiful.

The location was good and the rooms were clean.

It was clean. When we checked in, we set the air conditioner to 67° to feel comfortable after returning for the evening, but it never dropped the room temperature below 74° and sometimes even hit 77°. Talking to the front desk offered no solution except moving to another floor that was also out of order. I want a refund or some compensation. This was the worst trip we’ve ever taken; we’ll never go back.

Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful, but we were charged twice and the air conditioner was noisy.

Breakfast was decent. The location isn’t very close to restaurants, but you can walk to some places about 15 minutes away in the heat. The fire alarm went off twice during the night.
